BUILDING A GAME PLAN

We do a thorough review of your financial history, credit, employment history and review your goals in regards to purchasing a lease option with a property.

We will review all your information and provide the tools needed to make these adjustments in order to qualify at the end of the lease term.

CREDIT REPAIR AND/OR BOOST

We have various credit repair and boosting programs available for all walks of life. Some are more extreme and some are more mild; what we recommend depends on your specific scenario.

In addition to credit repair, credit boosting is available! Some clients see upwards of 50-100 point increases from utilizing these programs!

All options are affordable, tailored to you and the costs are factored into the budget being reviewed.

FIND YOUR HOME!

Your agent takes this information, similar to how a Realtor does, and searches their inventory for the home of your dreams! You discuss wants, needs, the area you’re looking for and they accompany you to view the homes you’re interested in.

It’s time to close on the purchase! You’ve done the work; taken all necessary steps to achieve the goals set; you are ready to close on the mortgage.

We will collect a large majority of docs upfront but updated and current documentation will be needed. Your Finance Liaise will reach out to walk you through the mortgage now.
